- You complete an online questionnaire which tells us what you're looking for.
- If we find a plan that meets your needs, we call you to go through the details including the cost savings you can secure and also to explain any switching requirements.
- If you accept our recommendation and want us to put this in place for you, we will agree our fee with you for this work (normally a flat fee or up to 25% of the savings in year one).
- Depending on the insurance company recommended, there may be no fee at all for our services. Therefore, no cost to you!!!
- We give you a detailed 'Reasons Why' document which explains everything to you.
- We help you set the policy up and you pay your premium direct to the insurance company as normal.

 What will this service cost you?
- If you have good cover already, we will confirm this to you and there will be no charge for our service.
- If the insurance company pays our costs => No cost to you whatsoever.
- If not, we have to charge a small fee for our work but only if you decide to go with our recommendation (either a once-off fee or a % of the savings in year 1 – usually 25%). This is all agreed with you up-front. Therefore, no surprises
